All potential clients need to submit two applications in order to receive an advance.

	Download the Application to Sell the Account Receivable Send in this one-page application, along with the associated supporting documents via fax and/or email, to apply for a cash advance with MCT. Download
	Sign the Agreement Once approved MCT will email and/or fax you the agents certification, brokers notice, and account receivable sales agreement for you and your broker to sign.
	Receive Cash In Your Account After all the documentation is reviewed and processed by MCT we will deposit your real estate advance directly into your checking account.

When Can I Apply For Advance Payment of my Real Estate Commission?
You can apply to receive a real estate commission advance when you have an accepted purchase contract for a single family, residential home, town-home or condominium. You must also know the name of the lender where financing has been started (if applicable) and the name of the attorney or settlement company that is closing the transaction.
